High performance ◆ Multi-function bottom dead center detector
       The MICRON-3 is a bottom dead center detection device that uses a high-performance proximity sensor for punching machines. It can detect the bottom dead center of each stroke, and calculate the reference value according to the sampling. If the upper and lower limit values are set, it is judged to be abnormal after exceeding the set range, and an emergency stop signal is immediately sent to the punching machine. The detection method uses the average comparison method and the absolute value comparison method to achieve more precise and stable detection.

Detection method:

    The proximity sensor and the proximity body are respectively mounted on the discharge plate (return plate) of the lower die and the upper die, and the MICRON-3 detects the change in the distance between the lower die and the discharge plate at a precision of up to 0.1 um, that is, the bottom dead center. The change, once it exceeds the set range, is judged to be abnormal, and immediately sends a shutdown signal to the press.

    The MICRON-3 consists of a 2-channel main unit and a 2-channel expansion unit that can be expanded up to 8 channels.
