Characteristics
● The optical axis with an interval of 20mm accurately covers the protection area without failure.
●In each of the 4 optical axis units, the number of optical axes to be selected ranges from 8 to 100, and the optional protection height ranges from 140 to 1980 mm.
● Lightweight and slender design, requiring a small installation space, allowing for a larger working space.
● When a fault occurs, the LED flash template will indicate the cause of the fault.
● With pre-wired features for simple cable connection and installation.
● With a direct safety system, the optical axis can be easily adjusted.
●Optional single-sided and double-sided control boxes are available. The two-sided control box can simultaneously control two sets of emitters and receivers.
A variety of additional features that significantly improve security
● External diagnostic function (stop lighting): Forcibly stop the emitter to emit light. This function is activated when the safety system is self-testing before work.
● External interlock function: Controls the sensor to perform the interlock function by inputting an external signal to the sensor. This function can also be used to connect the auxiliary optical axis (limited to one signal line)
● Mutual interference prevention function: If the distance between the two sensors is too close to cause mutual interference, the mutual interference prevention device can be used to avoid the above situation.
● Ambient light diagnostic function: equipped with a modulated light system that makes it almost immune to ambient light. When an abnormal outside light is detected, it will switch to the locked state.
● External relay monitoring function: The sensor can detect whether the relay in the control box works normally.
